Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of the Vectra Connect digital service, the account dashboard, the Telegram bot, subscriptions, device settings, and referral and partner features.
1. General provisions
By using Vectra Connect, creating an account, paying for a subscription or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If the user does not agree with the terms, they should stop using the service and contact support to resolve any questions about an active subscription.
2. Nature of the service and digital goods
Vectra Connect provides a digital subscription, an interface for managing connections, device setup instructions, support and related account features. The services are provided remotely, in electronic form.
Access, the subscription term, the number of devices, the trial period terms, bonuses and additional features are shown in the service interface or in bot messages.
3. User account
- The user is responsible for keeping the data they provide up to date and for the security of access to their account.
- The account, access credentials, subscription links or technical identifiers must not be transferred to third parties if this violates the terms of the selected plan.
- If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact support.
- New accounts cannot be registered on the website through the Tor anonymity network. This does not restrict signing in to an account that already exists.
4. Lawful use
The user undertakes to use Vectra Connect lawfully, in good faith and only within the limits of applicable law. Using the service for fraud, attacks on information systems, distribution of malware, infringement of third-party rights or other unlawful acts is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use of the subscription and technical restrictions
A Vectra Connect subscription is a ready-made service designed for the usage scenarios described in the account dashboard, the Telegram bot and the service's instructions: a supported client app, supported platforms, connection methods and a number of devices that matches the selected plan. The current list of supported clients, platforms and scenarios is published in the service interface and in bot messages and may be updated.
The subscription link, configuration data, keys, device identifiers and other technical parameters remain part of the service, are provided to the user solely for personal use in the specified scenarios, and do not become the user's property.
The user must not:
- 5.1. Decrypt or unpack the subscription. Decrypt, decode, extract, convert or otherwise reveal the contents of the encrypted subscription link and configuration data, including by means of third-party tools, modified client builds or intermediary services.
- 5.2. Use the subscription outside the described scenarios. Transfer the configuration to unsupported client apps, to routers and other network equipment, or into firmware, scripts and any connection setups not described in the service interface or in bot messages.
- 5.3. Circumvent device limits. Circumvent, spoof or distort the device limit and the technical counting of connections, including by spoofing device identifiers (HWID), client information and other technical data, or share the connection with more devices than the number paid for under the plan.
- 5.4. Transfer access to third parties. Transfer, publish, sell or resell the subscription link, configurations, promo codes or access to the account, or provide services to third parties based on them.
- 5.5. Interfere with the operation of the service. Decompile, disassemble, analyze or modify the software components of the service and of the supported client; interfere with the operation of servers, APIs and device-accounting systems; create automated or excessive load; or circumvent security measures and anti-fraud mechanisms.
- 5.6. Abuse trial access, bonuses and promotions. Create multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain the trial period, bonuses, discounts or referral credits; artificially inflate rewards; or circumvent the terms of promotions.
Any of the actions listed above, as well as any other use of the subscription outside the scenarios described in the service interface or in bot messages, is deemed a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether it caused actual damage to the service.
5.7. Automated monitoring and blocking. The service uses automated technical means to detect abuse; among other things, it analyzes the networks and addresses from which devices connect, the number of simultaneous connections and traffic volume. If signs of the violations listed in clauses 5.1–5.6 and 5.10–5.12 are detected, access to the subscription and the account may be restricted or blocked, and individual devices may be disconnected, automatically and without operator involvement; no prior notice is sent in that case unless a warning is provided for by clause 5.13. The user is informed of the restriction through any available channel.
5.8. Appeals and consequences. An automated restriction may be appealed through support. If the review does not confirm a violation, access is restored and the subscription term is extended by the period of the restriction. If the violation is confirmed, access is not restored and the fee for the remaining period is not refunded, to the extent permitted by applicable law; in the case of a repeated or systematic violation, the service may permanently stop serving the user and the accounts associated with the user.
5.9. Support and liability outside the scenarios. The subscription is guaranteed to work, and is supported, only in the scenarios described by the service. Requests related to using the subscription in unsupported clients, on unsupported hardware or after the configuration has been tampered with are not handled by support; the service bears no liability for the consequences of such use.
In addition, the user must not:
- 5.10. Connect to the service from servers. The subscription is intended for the user's personal devices — a phone, tablet, computer, TV or router — in the scenarios described by the service. It is prohibited to connect to the service from servers or from IP addresses of data centers and hosting providers (VPS, dedicated and cloud servers), to install the subscription link or configuration in server panels, proxies, bots or other server software, or to connect devices to the service through one's own or a rented server. Such a connection is a violation regardless of how many devices are actually connected through the server. Using services such as iCloud Private Relay, Cloudflare WARP or a commercial VPN service on the user's device is not a violation under this clause.
- 5.11. Use the subscription simultaneously from more locations than the number of devices paid for. It is prohibited to connect simultaneously under one subscription from more different networks than the number of devices paid for under the plan (and, with a link issued for a single device, from more than one network) — for example, from home networks of different providers in different cities. A single device changing networks (switching between Wi-Fi and a mobile network, moving between cell towers, traveling) is not a violation.
- 5.12. Use trial access beyond reasonable personal use. It is prohibited to route a volume of traffic through trial access that is clearly disproportionate to personal use by one person, or to use it to share the connection with other people.
The actions listed in clauses 5.10–5.12 are also a material breach of these Terms; clauses 5.7 and 5.8 apply to them, subject to clause 5.13.
5.13. Warning before restriction. If signs of the violations listed in clauses 5.10 and 5.11 are detected, the service, as a rule, first sends the user a warning — via Telegram, by email and/or in app notifications — describing what was detected, and does not restrict access during the period given to stop the violation (usually 24 hours; for clause 5.10, the period is stated in the warning). If the violation continues after this period expires or recurs after the warning, access may be restricted or blocked without a further warning. If there are clear signs that access has been shared with a large number of people (simultaneous connections from many different networks), access may be automatically suspended without a warning and, if such use continues, fully restricted. A violation of clause 5.12 may result in automatic blocking of the account without a warning. If the user did not perform the actions stated in the warning (for example, a third party used the subscription link), the user should contact support: the situation will be reviewed manually, and the subscription link will be replaced if necessary.
6. Payments, renewals and refunds
- The price, term and contents of the subscription are shown before payment.
- Payment is processed by the payment provider. Vectra Connect does not store the full bank card number or the CVV.
- Refunds and disputed payments are handled through support, taking into account the subscription status, whether digital access has been provided, and legal requirements.
- If auto-renewal or payment from the internal balance is enabled, the terms of such renewal are shown in the service interface; the procedure for automatic (recurring) charges is described in Section 7 of these Terms.
7. Recurring payments and auto-renewal
For uninterrupted access to the service, the user may enable automatic renewal of the subscription, that is, regular automatic charges (recurring payments), including through the Faster Payments System (SBP). Enabling auto-renewal is voluntary.
By enabling auto-renewal, the user gives, in advance and knowingly, their consent (acceptance) to the regular automatic debiting of the subscription fee from the linked payment method (a bank account via SBP or another supported payment method) without additional confirmation of each individual transaction. This consent remains in effect until the user disables auto-renewal by one of the methods listed below.
- Frequency and amount. Charges are made at intervals equal to the term of the selected subscription (for example, one, three, six or twelve months), in the amount of the price of the relevant period. The amount and frequency are shown to the user before auto-renewal is enabled; by enabling it, the user confirms their agreement with them.
- Charge dates. The first charge is made when the subscription is purchased and activated; each subsequent charge is made automatically when the next payment date arrives. The exact dates and the procedure for retry attempts are determined by the payment provider and may shift slightly for technical reasons.
- Linking and payment data. The payment provider carries out the linking of the payment method, its confirmation at the user's bank, and the processing and retrying of charges. Vectra Connect does not store bank card details, the account number, the CVV or other payment data, and receives from the provider only the technical subscription identifier, the status of transactions and the email address for sending notifications.
- Price changes. The subscription price may change. The user is notified in advance (before the date of the next charge), through any available channel, of a change in the price of future charges. If the user does not agree with the new price, they may disable auto-renewal before the next charge; continuation of the subscription without disabling auto-renewal means agreement to the updated price.
- Disabling auto-renewal. The user may disable auto-renewal at any time: in the service interface (in the subscription management section), through support, via the link in the payment provider's notification, and, for SBP subscriptions, also in their bank's app. Disabling auto-renewal stops only future charges.
- Charge notifications. After each charge, the payment provider sends the user a notification to the email address provided, including information about the payment and a link to manage the subscription (including canceling it).
- Responsibility for timely cancellation. The user is personally responsible for disabling auto-renewal in time if they do not intend to continue the subscription. Charges made before auto-renewal is disabled are deemed lawful; Vectra Connect is not liable for payments made because the user did not disable auto-renewal in time.
- Refunds. The subscription is a digital service to which access is provided immediately. The fee for a period that has already started (paid for and provided) is not refundable, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable law; the remaining paid period stays in effect until it ends. Disputes are handled by support under the “Payments, renewals and refunds” section.
- Failed charges. If a scheduled charge does not go through, the payment provider may retry it, and Vectra Connect may suspend or stop providing access until payment succeeds. Access under the subscription is provided only upon a successful (confirmed) charge.
- External services. The processing of automatic charges depends on the payment provider, the user's bank, SBP/NSPK and other external systems. Vectra Connect is not responsible for their failures, delays, refusals to process a payment or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Vectra Connect's rights. Vectra Connect may cancel or suspend auto-renewal and the subscription in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, a technical error, a disputed payment or a legal requirement.
8. Trial access, bonuses and promotions
Trial periods, promo codes, referral bonuses, partner credits, one-time rewards for reviews and for participation in promotions, and discounts are provided on the terms stated in the service interface or in the promotion message. Vectra Connect may refuse to credit a reward, or may limit, suspend or cancel it, in the event of abuse, a breach of Section 5, a technical error or another breach of the service's terms, including where the breach is discovered after the reward has been credited. A reward for the user's actions is not credited if those actions were performed in breach of these Terms or describe, advertise or encourage such a breach.
The trial period is provided once per user and their devices, at the service's discretion, and is not a mandatory part of the service. The service may decline to provide a trial period based on an automated assessment of the risk of abuse using a combination of indicators — for example, taking into account the network from which the registration was made (an anonymity network, a VPN, a server address) and the age of the Telegram account. In this case, the user may purchase a paid subscription on standard terms.
If a trial (free or discounted) period involves a subsequent switch to a paid subscription, the user is informed, before it is activated, of the start date of paid charges, their amount and their frequency. In this case, paid charges start automatically when the trial period ends, in accordance with Section 7; auto-renewal may be disabled at any time before the first paid charge.
9. Restriction of access
Vectra Connect may temporarily restrict access to the account or to individual features in the event of a breach of these Terms (including Section 5), suspected abuse (including where the user's Telegram account appears on publicly available lists of accounts that abuse VPN services), the need to protect the service, a technical error, a disputed payment or a legal requirement. The restriction may be applied automatically in accordance with clauses 5.7, 5.8 and 5.13.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The service is provided within the limits of its technical capabilities. Its operation may be affected by the user's device, the operating system, third-party apps, network quality, payment providers, Telegram and other external services.
Vectra Connect is not liable for losses arising from incorrect device setup by the user, a breach of these Terms, the actions of third parties or the unavailability of external services, unless caused by the fault of the service's administration.
11. Intellectual property
The interface, texts, design, software code, brand elements and materials of Vectra Connect are protected by law. The user is granted the right to use the service only within the scope of these Terms.
12. Privacy
The procedure for processing data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Changes to the terms
These Terms may be updated. The current version is posted on this page. Continued use of the service after a new version is published means acceptance of the updated terms.
